Pre-Order Shipping

All COMPERF products are currently sold as pre-orders.

This means:

  • Your item is produced after your order is placed

  • Estimated processing time is 2–4 weeks before shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Times

After your order has been processed:

  • South Africa: 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or order values.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Delays

COMPERF is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

COMPERF is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
