Pre-Orders
All COMPERF products are released as pre-orders.
By placing a pre-order, you agree that:

Your item will be produced after purchase

Estimated delivery time is 3–6 weeks
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be in original packaging

Refunds
Refunds are available if:

You received a damaged or defective item

You received the wrong product
If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refund will be issued to your original payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind after production has started

Normal wear and tear
We recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing issues, depending on stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase

After 24 hours, production may have started and changes may not be possible
